Growing California law firm seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its dynamic legal team.

Responsibilities
- Manage and support complex legal matters from inception through resolution.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft motions, pleadings, contracts, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Participate in client counseling and strategic planning.
- Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support business development and networking initiatives.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active California Bar license in good standing.
- 2+ years of legal experience preferred.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
