Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio company, is actively recruiting for an experienced, temporary Litigation Paralegal for a hybrid position with a prestigious corporate clients in Irvine, CA.

Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 remote

Hours: Full-time

Duration: 3-month assignment

Start: ASAP

Position Summary:

The Litigation Paralegal will partner with in-house counsel on a broad range of litigation matters, including joint employment, commercial, and cargo disputes. This role will manage all phases of litigation while working both independently and collaboratively with the legal team.

Responsibilities:

Support in-house counsel throughout all phases of litigation.
Assist with joint employment, commercial, cargo, and other disputes.
Organize and maintain case files, pleadings, discovery materials, correspondence, and legal documents.
Coordinate discovery activities, including document collection, review, production, and tracking.
Assist with eDiscovery projects and electronically stored information.
Monitor litigation deadlines, court filings, hearing dates, and other case milestones.
Communicate with attorneys, internal stakeholders, outside counsel, vendors, and other parties.
Manage multiple matters and competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

At least two years of paralegal experience or a paralegal certificate preferred.
Previous experience in a litigation environment preferred.
eDiscovery experience preferred.
Experience with Relativity is a plus.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
