What You Would Do
- Represent us by answering calls and setting sales appointments
- Be comfortable with cross training
- Provide tactical support to the departments of the company
- Keep customer records and database current
- Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our work
- Able to work occasional overtime if needed
- Provide customers with a remarkable experience
What We Need for this Role
- 2 years’ experience in the customer service field
- Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer programs and apps
- Self-motivation, energy, and organization
- Ability and drive to make large numbers of calls per day to prospective clients
