We are seeking an intern to join our Operations Department for the Summer! The Operations Systems Intern will support the Operations team by assisting with the maintenance, documentation and improvement of operational systems and processes. The position will use AI tools to help analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities and support more efficient workflows.
The Operations Systems Intern will be responsible for:
1. Synergy documents project
2. Electronic notice project
3. Drawer Access
4. Use of AI to improve processes
5. Day to day systems troubleshooting
6 Other duties and projects as assigned.
Required Experience:

- Must be an active college student in Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Possess strong written/verbal communication skills as well as excellent organizational/time management skills.
- Majoring in Business Administration or Finance is a plus.
- Basic skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation.
- Project a businesslike professionalism to the client in both appearance and manner.
Target hourly rate: $20.00
