15%–20% uncapped commission + monthly bonuses. Leads provided daily.

First-year consultants typically earn $100K+. Established consultants typically earn $180K–$200K. Our top performer earned $300K+ last year.

Pay

Commission: 15%–20% of net profit on every project you close, uncapped
Top Consultant of the Month: $1,500 bonus, or $2,000 if you also close $200K+ in net sales that month
First-year consultants typically earn $120K+
Established consultants typically earn $180K–$200K
Our top performer earned $300K+ last year
Base-pay plan: qualifying consultants may be placed on a plan with a $700–$1,000 weekly base plus 15% commission. Eligibility is limited and not guaranteed.

What your day looks like

Start the day with the team at our Santa Fe Springs office.
Run pre-set appointments in your territory, during the day and into the evening, when homeowners are home.
Walk the property, learn what the homeowner wants, and spot what the home needs.
Build the proposal on your tablet and close the deal.
Track your appointments and deals in our CRM.

We do everything from roofing and stucco to kitchens, bathrooms, ADUs, HVAC, and hardscaping, so you always have a way to solve the homeowner's problem.

How we train you

Week 1: Classroom training at our office, 9 AM to 1 PM. You'll learn our products, our process, and our sales system.
Week 2: Classroom training plus field training on real appointments.
After that: Ongoing closing training and field training alongside other consultants.

Talk to people all day in your current job. Most of our consultants came from serving, bartending, car sales, pest control, car detailing, and cable and internet sales.

What you need

No experience required. Any sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, and you don't need construction experience.
Fluent English. Spanish is a plus.
A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
Availability for full-time weekday appointments, including evenings
