Location: Mission Viejo, California

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30). Variable 5-day workweek with department operations occurring 7 days per week. Days off will vary and are not guaranteed to be back-to-back, although every effort will be made to schedule consecutive days off when possible. Caseload of 20-23 patients.

Requirements:\n
- \n
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required
- Active LCSW licensure (pending license accepted, but must be licensed upon start date)
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 full year of acute care inpatient hospital experience required (behavioral health or emergency department experience does not qualify)
- Previous travel healthcare experience required; first-time travelers cannot be considered
- Proficiency with Epic charting system required
- Experience with discharge planning, case management, and care coordination in acute care settings
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance authorization processes
- Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
