  • Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical-related products.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to lift and push up to 50 pounds throughout the shift while standing for extended periods.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
  • Capability to follow detailed written procedures and quality standards.
  • Willingness and ability to pass any required basic computer and math testing during onboarding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience working with FedEx and USPS shipping processes in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Background in a clean-room or FDA-regulated facility, especially involving pharmaceutical or supplement products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve order or labeling issues quickly and accurately.
  • Comfort working with warehouse technologies such as scanners and label printers.
  • Familiarity with cGMP requirements specific to distribution or pharmaceutical environments.
  • Ability to collaborate with a small team while maintaining individual productivity and accuracy.
  • Openness to contract-to-hire arrangements and conversion processes in line with company policies.
