Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively within the interdisciplinary team and document all interventions in accordance with policy and standards
- Apply clinical judgment and evidence-based practice to to support nutrition outcomes and quality care

Requirements
- Ability to perform clinical nutrition assessments and develop care plans
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
- Availability to work daytime, 40 hours per week
