Director - Quality Improvement

Join a dedicated team at the forefront of healthcare excellence as our Director of Quality Improvement. In this influential role, you will spearhead initiatives to enhance patient care, streamline processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across our health center. Collaborating closely with executive leadership and clinical staff, you’ll drive measurable outcomes that directly impact patient satisfaction, safety, and overall service quality.

Job type : 2 month assignment with possible extension

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Health, or a related field; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a health center setting focused on quality improvement or comparable roles.
• Proven leadership, integrity, and sound judgment, with the ability to guide and motivate staff.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, tact, and diplomacy when addressing quality concerns.
• Supervisory experience demonstrated through past roles.
• Certification or licensing as an LVN or RN is strongly preferred.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience coordinating NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition initiatives.
• Proficiency in developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance and peer-review programs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret patient satisfaction and performance data.
• Skills in staff training, process improvement methodologies, and risk management.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Over two years of related experience, particularly in clinical or healthcare quality settings.
• Supervisory experience leading teams or projects.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel as needed to support program initiatives.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of excellent customer service aligned with our core values.
