Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay: $23.00-$25.00/hour, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm

We are hiring a Leasing Consultant for an affordable housing community in Sacramento, CA! If you enjoy helping people find a home, have strong customer service skills, and are detail-oriented, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and apartment tours.
• Process rental applications, lease agreements, and move-ins.
• Collect and organize income verification and eligibility documentation.
• Maintain accurate resident files and support affordable housing compliance requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents.
• Assist with daily leasing office operations and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Previous leasing, property management, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Vietnamese and English required
• Familiarity with income certifications, recertifications, or eligibility documentation is desirable.
• Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Familiarity with Yardi, RealPage, or Entrata is a plus.
