The Happy Viking Line Cook
Open Schedule (30-40 hours a week)
Location: Yuba City
Pay: $17.50+/hour DOE
Objective: preparing ingredients, assembling dishes, maintaining kitchen supplies, and operating kitchen supplies.
Line Cook Highlights
- Prepare food by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
- Cooks food items by grilling, frying, and sauteing
- Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation
- Set up work stations, stocking, inventory
- General clean up
Line Cook Skills
- Knowledge of kitchen and equipment
- Attention to detail
- Move with urgency
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
