What You'll Do
As a Dishwasher Maintenance Mechanic, you'll learn how to keep commercial dishwashing equipment operating safely and reliably.
Your day may include:
- Repairing and maintaining commercial dishwashing equipment at customer locations and in the shop
- Diagnosing mechanical and basic electrical problems
- Using hand and power tools to replace parts and rebuild equipment
- Testing equipment to ensure it operates safely and efficiently
- Responding to customer service calls and helping businesses keep their kitchens running
- Performing preventative maintenance and learning equipment installation
- Keeping your tools, vehicle, and work area clean and organized
- Driving a company vehicle to customer locations
- Building your mechanical and technical skills through hands-on experience

What We're Looking For
You don't have to be an expert mechanic. We're looking for someone who is:
- Ready to learn a skilled trade
- Comfortable working with their hands
- Interested in mechanical equipment and how things work
- Comfortable using basic hand tools—or willing to learn
- Dependable, motivated, and proud of their work
- A problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to participate in an occasional on-call rotation
- Able to lift up to 70 pounds and work in an active environment
- In possession of a valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years
