Physician Emergency Medicine - Competitive Salary

Job Description

Independent, physician-led and owned, democratic group, looking for part-time and full-time, BE/BC Emergency Medicine physicians to join our group.\n
\n- We staff 5 emergency departments in Mendocino, Lake, and Napa Counties\n
\n- We serve mostly rural communities and our sites tend to be high acuity.\n
\n-We care for a diverse, underserved, rural patient population, some traveling several hours to reach an emergency department.\n
\n-Our group is mission-driven with strong ties to the local community.\n
\n- Cerner (Epic in a couple years)\n
\n-8-12 hour shifts depending on site with one site with 24 hour shifts.\n
\nCompensation is competitive:\n
\n- Signing bonus for FT: 25K\n
\n- Hourly pay is $230 - $290/hrdependingon the site\n
\nPLUS Approx $50/hr in benefits for FT employees/partners\n
\nPLUS Major holiday incentive pay\n
\n- Benefits: generous profit sharing 401(k) plan, $8500CME budget, paid sick days, group health, dental, vision, and life insurance\n

\n- Flexible W2 or 1099 tracks available\n

\n- Scheduling: Flexible, block scheduling. Few, if any, nights.\n

\n- Stable contract. We have a great relationship with our hospital system. Our physicians are leaders within the hospital and are represented on almost every hospital committee.\n
