We are looking for a motivated Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join a growing personal injury practice in Irvine. This role offers the opportunity to manage matters across both pre-litigation and litigation, with exposure to auto accident, premises liability, and related injury claims. The position is well suited for an attorney with 2-8 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
• Handle personal injury matters from initial case development through resolution, including both pre-litigation and active litigation files.
• Prepare persuasive demand packages, motions, and other legal documents that support case strategy and client outcomes.
• Represent clients in routine court appearances and assist with litigation activities as cases move forward.
• Participate in depositions, discovery, and case analysis to build strong claims and defenses.
• Support trial preparation for the firm’s contested matters, including organizing evidence and coordinating key materials.
• Manage a balanced caseload involving motor vehicle collisions, slip and fall claims, dog bite matters, and construction-related injuries.
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers to advance claims effectively.
• Work closely with firm leadership to develop legal strategy and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
• Licensed attorney in good standing in CA with experience handling civil litigation and pre-litigation matters.
• Background in personal injury law is preferred, though candidates from other relevant practice areas will be considered.
• Ability to draft motions, demand letters, and other case-related legal documents with accuracy and care.
• Familiarity with court proceedings, case management, and client advocacy in a plaintiff-side environment.
• Deposition experience is preferred, but not required for candidates eager to expand their litigation skills.
