We are seeking a Shift Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the Service and Kitchen teams.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise teams to insure proper service levels and food quality are delivered to our guests in a timely fashion
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
- Coordinate ordering of food and ingredients from vendors, create prep lists of food for internal use
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail-food, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
