We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Quality Inspector **to join our team in Corona, CA, 92880. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality assurance, we want to hear from you! (2nd shift-3pm to 11:30pm, M-F.)
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Utilize measuring tools and equipment to assess product specifications and tolerances.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics.
- Identify and report any defects or non-conformities, and collaborate with production teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes to improve product quality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to quality assurance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in quality control is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
- Proficient in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Quality Control Experience
- Advanced Inspection & Gauge Measurement
