Job DescriptionRadiation Therapist (Contract)

Location: California 95901
Pay: $2,837 – $3,175

Schedule

• Day Shift

• 40 hours/week

• 5 x 8-hour shifts

• Start time: 8:00 AM

• No call, no weekends, no floating

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments safely and accurately

• Verify patient identity, treatment plans, and physician prescriptions

• Prepare equipment and position patients for treatment

• Monitor patients during therapy and report any adverse reactions

• Maintain accurate treatment records and review patient charts

• Support patient education and supervise students as needed

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent (Preferred)

• Master’s Degree (Preferred)

• Experience in radiologic technology (Preferred)

Licenses & Certifications

• ARRT – Radiation Therapy (ARRT-T) (Required)

• Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification (TRT) (Required)

• BLS/CPR (Preferred)

• Fluoroscopy Permit – California (Preferred)
