Qualifications\n

- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
- A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California is mandatory.
- A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling or therapy is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and proven experience utilizing a range of evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
