About the Role

We're looking for a junior Paralegal to support our Patent Litigation and IP teams. Federal experience is required — prior work in U.S. federal courts, a federal agency (DOJ, SEC, USPTO, SSA), or a firm handling federal litigation, immigration, bankruptcy, or tax law.

Responsibilities
\n
\n
- \n
- Support attorneys on Patent Litigation and IP matters
- Prepare and file pleadings/motions in federal court (CM/ECF, PACER)
- Manage dockets, deadlines, and case files
- Assist with discovery, document review, and trial prep
- Conduct legal research and maintain IP records
\n

\n
\n
\n
\n
Requirements
\n
\n
- \n
- 1–3 years of paralegal experience with federal court/agency exposure
- Familiarity with federal e-filing systems and procedural rules
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools (Westlaw/LexisNexis)

Preferred
\n
\n

- Patent litigation or IP experience
- Paralegal certificate/degree
- Familiarity with USPTO procedures

Salary and Other Compensation:
\n
\n
The base salary for this position is between $70,000 – $100,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
