Compensation:
$125,500 - $187,500 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads daily to build a robust client pipeline.
- Attend weekly coaching sessions to enhance your real estate skills and knowledge.
- Set appointments with potential buyers and sellers as your network expands.
- Nurture and maintain client relationships through consistent communication.
- Manage your CRM effectively to track progress and achieve personal and team goals.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and collaborate on strategies.
- Stay informed about local market trends to provide clients with up-to-date advice and insights.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of being self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
