At Luke Dix State Farm, we’re a close-knit, growth-minded team that genuinely supports one another. We work hard, move fast, and take pride in building long-term relationships within our community. Questions are welcomed, learning is encouraged, and no one is left to figure things out alone. If you’re looking for a workplace where people care about doing right by customers and each other, you’ll feel at home here.

We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative who is service-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable speaking up when a customer could benefit from better coverage or additional protection. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and building real relationships—not just processing transactions.

No prior insurance experience is required. We provide training and support throughout the licensing process.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, answering questions and providing policy guidance
  • Review customer profiles to understand needs and recommend appropriate coverage
  • Assist with policy changes, updates, and service requests
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive, team-first agency

What Helps You Succeed Here

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Service-minded with confidence in making coverage recommendations
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and coachable
  • Willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses prior to start date (Agency will reimburse licensing costs after hire)
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Training, Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $40,000–$50,000 (based on experience)
  • Performance bonuses & commissions, with total earning potential of $50,000–$60,000
  • Structured training during a 90-day probationary period
  • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Paid Time Off & major holidays off
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • Consistent Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm schedule

If you’re looking for a long-term role with room to grow—whether that’s deepening your service expertise or eventually moving into sales—we’d love to hear from you.
