Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ wellness goals and psychiatric assessments, regularly updating these as needed.
- Facilitate weekly therapy sessions via video conferencing, applying evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote client progress.
- Provide immediate intervention and support for clients experiencing crisis situations, ensuring a safe and effective resolution.
- Stay updated on mental health trends and best practices through continuous education, participating in workshops and training to enhance professional skill sets.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals in case discussions to develop a comprehensive approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
Our counselors primarily work with pre-screened, low-acuity clients who are seeking support for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress management. Qualifications\n

- Currently hold a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Exhibit a client-focused approach, prioritizing empathy and ethical care.
- Strong organizational skills are essential for managing a full caseload efficiently while meeting all documentation and reporting requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n
