Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
This role involves operating light machinery, handling and mixing materials, and supporting daily production activities in a warehouse environment. You will work with both manual processes and pallet jacks to move products, while accurately measuring materials using scales to ensure consistent product quality.
Responsibilities
- Operate light machinery safely and efficiently according to established procedures.
- Mix materials accurately following specified instructions and batch requirements.
- Lift, move, and handle materials and products, including loads up to 50 lbs.
- Use pallet jacks to transport products and materials throughout the warehouse.
- Measure and weigh materials using scales to ensure correct quantities and consistency.
- Support general production tasks, including batch mixing and product handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient operations.
- Follow all safety guidelines and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate contact.
Essential Skills
- Experience in general production or general labor roles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly as needed.
- Comfort with heavy lifting, material handling, and physical work.
- Ability to mix materials accurately and follow instructions.
- Basic machine operation skills for light machinery.
- Experience using pallet jacks to move products.
- Ability to measure and weigh materials using scales.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a production worker in a warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with mixing batches and working with production materials.
- Comfort working around machinery and moving equipment.
- Reliability and strong work ethic in a fast-paced setting.

Work Environment
This position is based in a warehouse environment with active production and material handling. You will work around light machinery, pallet jacks, and other production equipment, and spend most of the day on your feet performing physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and mixing materials. Specific work hours, shifts, and dress code details will be provided on the first day, along with any additional safety or protective gear requirements.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of COMMERCE, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
