A Day on the Job
Each shift starts with assigned recoveries, many already located by our Camera Car team. You verify the vehicle, complete the recovery safely, document its condition, and keep dispatch updated in real time. When a scene gets tense, you stay calm, de-escalate, and know when to walk away.
Your Schedule
Choose Day (8AM–5PM or 9AM–6PM) or Night (10PM–6AM or 9PM–5AM). You'll work a fixed 5-day rotation with 2 consecutive days off, so you can plan your life around it.
What We Provide
- Paid training in CA repo law, equipment, de-escalation, and documentation
- Help getting your CA repossession license
- Company recovery equipment (vehicles stay at the yard)
- A clear path to Team Lead and Trainer roles
What You Need
- Eligible for a CA repossession agent license (we'll help you get it)
- Valid CA driver's license and a clean driving record
- Weekend availability as part of your rotation
- Comfortable working independently, outdoors, and overnight
- Physically able to operate tow/lift equipment
- Able to pass a background check
Nice to Have
Experience in towing, repo, collections, security, or law enforcement. No experience? If you're reliable, calm under pressure, and motivated to earn more, we'll train you.
