Key Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned properties to conduct showings for prospective tenants
  
  
• Perform inspections of vacant units and report property conditions
  
  
• Assist with property listings, signage placement, and lockbox setup
  
  
• Support leasing and property management teams with daily tasks
  
  
• Ensure properties are clean, secure, and presentable prior to showings
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
  
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
  
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible, field-based schedule
  
  
• Detail-oriented with a customer-service mindset
  
  
• Interest in property management or leasing preferred
  
  
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  
  

Work Environment

This position is primarily field-based and requires regular travel between properties. Candidates must be comfortable working independently while coordinating closely with office-based teams.
