About the Role

MILKYHEART LLC is looking for an energetic, confident, and engaging Live Seller & Host to join our TikTok and Whatnot live auction team.

Our business focuses on live auction selling, where products are presented and sold to viewers in real time through live bidding and interactive selling.

You will host live auction sessions, introduce and demonstrate products, interact with viewers, encourage bidding, and create an exciting and engaging live shopping experience that helps drive sales.

Our main product categories include clothing, shoes, accessories, beauty, and personal care products.

We are looking for someone who is expressive, outgoing, comfortable on camera, and able to keep viewers engaged throughout a live auction. Previous live selling or auction experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Host live auction and selling sessions on TikTok and Whatnot
Present and demonstrate clothing, shoes, accessories, beauty, and personal care products
Clearly explain product features, condition, pricing, and key selling points
Engage with viewers in real time and encourage bidding and participation
Create excitement and maintain strong energy throughout each auction
Help drive sales by presenting products in an engaging and persuasive way
Respond to viewer comments and product questions during live sessions
Learn basic product information before each auction
Work closely with the operations team to follow the planned product lineup and auction schedule
Take feedback from the operations manager and continuously improve live performance
Maintain a professional, positive, and entertaining on-camera presence

Qualifications

Comfortable appearing and speaking on camera
Energetic, expressive, outgoing, and confident personality
Strong communication and presentation skills
Able to speak clearly and naturally in English during live auctions
Comfortable interacting with viewers and encouraging bidding in real time
Sales-oriented and motivated by performance
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow scheduled live sessions
Previous experience in live selling, auctions, sales, retail, social media, hosting, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required
Experience with TikTok, Whatnot, live auctions, or social commerce is a plus
Must be able to work on-site
