Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their orders tableside.
- Provide menu information and recommendations to customers.
- Ensure orders are accurately taken and communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized FOH.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to read and follow instructions written in English.
- Positive attitude and emotional awareness.
- Capacity to take, give, and apply constructive criticism.
Requirements:
Physical and Mental Needs:
- Able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for prolonged periods
- Able to read and follow written English instructions
- Able to regularly twist, turn, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, crawl, lift and carry
- supplies and equipment weighing up to 55 pounds using appropriate techniques and tools
- Able to safely navigate the dining and patio areas, including crowded spaces
- Able to move 100, using appropriate techniques and tools
- Able to work in indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise and occasionally slippery floors
- Able to comply with and enforce all health, safety, and personal hygiene policies and standards
