RN needed for 6 hours per week, hours can vary which includes telephone time. Facility located in Antioch area. Working with the Adults with Intellectual Disabilities. RN will do weekly, monthly quarterly, semi and annual notes. RN will write care plans as needed and train staff as needed. Pay rate 48.00-50.00 per hour.
