Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex hardware systems and high-speed PCB designs.
- Create schematics and support PCB layout reviews.
- Perform board bring-up, debugging, and hardware validation.
- Analyze and resolve hardware, signal integrity (SI), and power integrity (PI) issues.
- Work with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, and SerDes.
- Collaborate with FPGA, software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop and execute validation test plans and support product qualification activities.
- Support manufacturing and field issues during product deployment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in hardware design and development.
- Strong knowledge of digital circuit design and high-speed board design.
- Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools (Cadence/Altium or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with board bring-up, debugging, and validation.
- Knowledge of SI/PI analysis and hardware test equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
- Experience with networking, telecom, or data center hardware products is preferred.
