Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) needed for a 13-week local contract on an acute inpatient psychiatric unit at a hospital in Reseda, CA, with a focus on geriatric psychiatry. Start date October 5, 2026. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 8-hour day shifts, 40 guaranteed hours per week. W-2 hourly position paid at $49.50 per hour with California overtime rules.

You will complete psychosocial assessments, develop treatment and discharge plans, maintain clinical documentation, and lead patient groups as part of the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements:

- Active California LCSW license (Board of Behavioral Sciences)
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Minimum 1 year of hospital experience strongly preferred
- Inpatient psychiatric and geriatric psychiatry experience preferred
- BLS certification
- Completed facility skills checklist required at submission (we will provide the form)
