The Role\n
We're seeking an experienced Journeyman Painter to join our crew. The ideal candidate is skilled in all aspects of painting, understands the value of following professional processes, and takes pride in delivering outstanding results. Responsibilities\n

- Follow company SOPs to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, caulking, and priming
- Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Perform drywall patching and minor repairs as needed
- Properly mask and protect floors, furniture, and fixtures before painting
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company protocols
- Communicate effectively with clients, teammates, and supervisors
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements\n

- 4+ years of professional painting experience
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools
- Proficient with spray, brush, and roll application across all coating types
- Ability to follow SOPs and company quality standards
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work from ladders or scaffolding as needed
- OSHA certification preferred, but not required
