Responsibilities
• Safely operate tractor-trailers on OTR routes throughout the United States
• Transport freight utilizing Flatbeds and Dry Vans
• Secure and protect cargo safely and professionally
• Plan efficient routes using GPS and trip planning tools
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and trip records
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Comply with all FMCSA, DOT, and company safety standards
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Ensure on-time delivery and exceptional customer service
• Follow all safety protocols regarding oversized or specialized loads
Driver Qualifications
✅ Valid Class A CDL
✅ Clean driving record
✅ 2-5 Years of OTR Experience Required
✅ Flatbed Experience Preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations
✅ Experience with cargo securement and freight handling
✅ Ability to safely load, unload, and secure freight
✅ Professional attitude and strong communication skills
✅ Commitment to safety, compliance, and customer service
✅ Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on the road
