Exhava Home Care is hiring an experienced In-Home Caregiver to provide dependable, compassionate care to seniors in their homes in the Poway area.

What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate one-on-one care
- Assist with personal care and daily activities
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and safety
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands
- Monitor and communicate changes in the client's condition
- Help seniors maintain their independence at home
Requirements
- Previous caregiver experience preferred
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
- Current TB test results or chest X-ray documentation
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (valid ID, Social Security card, etc.)
