From the beginning, you will learn to build strong daily habits, understand how real estate agents create momentum, and apply simple systems that support consistent activity. The focus is on hands-on learning, clear direction, and steady progress through real conversations and practical experience.
You will learn to stay consistent, improve communication, and build confidence through repetition and coaching. Working alongside experienced real estate agents, you will continue to develop your approach and create a foundation that supports long-term success in real estate.
This path is well-suited for someone who is motivated to learn, willing to stay consistent, and interested in growing within a professional real estate environment with clear expectations and support.

Compensation:
$130,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
- Attend real estate trainings
- Organize and build your database
- Communicate with your database
- Intern with teams or agents when possible
- Complete courses and licensing to start earning commission income
- Learn sales talk and scripts
- Complete designated non-agent allowed activities
- Misc. activities as needed
Qualifications:
- Real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
- Sales experience
- 18 years of age or older
- High School education, college preferred
- Willingness and commitment to obtaining a license
- Passing real estate school
- Desire to earn income in a high-pay commission industry
- Effective communicator
- Driven
