Job Description

Bratnbier is hiring a Front of House Associate to handle draft beer service, deliver food to tables, keep the dining area clean, and replenish front display items from storage when needed. Customers will place their orders at the cashier, so this role focuses on service, presentation, and maintaining a clean, organized environment while supporting smooth operations during busy hours.

Key Responsibilities:
• Pour and serve draft beer following proper handling and presentation standards
• Deliver food to guest tables once orders are prepared
• Maintain clean tables, floors, and overall dining area throughout the shift
• Monitor front display items and replenish stock from storage when low
• Provide friendly and consistent customer interaction
• Follow all alcohol service laws and safety guidelines
• Support opening and closing tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in front-of-house, bar service, or hospitality preferred
• Ability to pour and serve draft beer confidently (training provided if needed)
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
• Able to stand for entire shifts and lift up to 40 lbs

Hours & Compensation:
• Minimum 40 hours per week
• Overtime paid at 1.5x base hourly rate
