What you'll get

• $85,000 - $110,000 annually, plus realistic monthly bonus potential
• Typically 25–30 hrs/week, confirmed for your region before you accept

What you'll do

• Guide and support your team. Provide ABA services in a variety of In-home and in-clinic settings. Model strong clinical practice for your Behavior Technicians and coach them so treatment plans are carried out consistently and with fidelity through supervision
• Move each client forward. Conduct FBAs and design ABA programs that evolve with the client, pairing ongoing assessment with parent education and hands-on problem solving, in close collaboration with the broader care team
• Demonstrate flexibility. Stay composed and professional, adjust as circumstances shift, and keep looking for ways to grow
• Bring energy and openness to the team. Communicate proactively, take initiative, and help create a space where people feel safe sharing ideas and learning from each other

• Manageable Caseloads: Every caseload is built using a Caseload Summary Tool - balancing therapy hours, supervision needs, and time-of-day scheduling
• Client intake, recruiting, payroll, HR, billing, credentialing/contracting, and scheduling are handled for you – so you can stay focused on clinical work
• Study support for BCBA candidates and in-house RBT courses to help ensure your team is fully prepared.

Growth that actually goes somewhere

• A clear promotion path from BCBA → Sr. BCBA → Assistant Clinical Director → Clinical Director → Senior Clinical Director. Our BCBA-certified employees average 4.8 years of tenure, 66 have advanced into a BCBA or higher role since January, and 1 in 7 have been here 10+ years

What you'll need

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as a BCBA within the last 3 years
• Valid BCBA credential/license, or in process, in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
