Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY considered)
- Previous experience or strong interest in working with K-12 populations
- Comfort with both on-site and teletherapy modalities
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping children reach their personal and academic goals
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver services in-person or remotely, based on student needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers and families to maximize student growth
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
