Your clinical insight, whether from hands-on experience or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), will be highly valued. Both seasoned clinicians and those early in their careers with a passion for pediatric speech therapy are welcome. Teletherapy skills are also appreciated, as flexibility in service delivery is essential to meeting student needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY considered)
  • Previous experience or strong interest in working with K-12 populations
  • Comfort with both on-site and teletherapy modalities
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for helping children reach their personal and academic goals

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations
  • Create and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver services in-person or remotely, based on student needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and families to maximize student growth
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
