Responsibilities

Perform radiographic procedures following safety and quality standards.

Operate radiology equipment, maintaining calibration and image quality.

Adhere to radiation safety protocols and ALARA principles at all times.

Communicate findings to radiologists and escalate urgent results promptly.

Engage in performance tracking and contribute to metrics and KPIs for efficiency.

Coordinate patient positioning, shielding, and workflows to optimize throughput.

Maintain accurate patient records, exams, and imaging metadata in system.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve imaging workflows and patient experience.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, credentialing, and facility policies.

Proactively pursue professional development opportunities and share learnings with the team.

Help in pipeline and territory planning for imaging services as per demand.
Experience/Qualifications

Proficient radiographic procedures with adherence to ALARA principles.
