Role Description The Mental Health Clinician is a full-time, on-site role based in Tracy, CA, providing direct clinical services to children, adolescents, and families. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities. The clinician will maintain accurate, timely documentation, coordinate care with schools, medical providers, and community resources, and participate in case consultations and team meetings. This role also involves supporting crisis intervention, advocating for clients’ needs, and contributing to program development and outreach efforts as needed. The clinician is expected to uphold professional, legal, and ethical standards while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

- Background in Social Work and Case Management, with the ability to coordinate services and support clients and families through complex systems.
- Knowledge of Psychology and Behavioral Health, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for youth and families.
- Experience in Family Therapy, with skills in working with caregivers and family systems to support client progress.
- Relevant professional license or registration in California (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or associate-level registration) or eligibility to obtain such licensure.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, including the ability to engage youth and families from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Experience or training in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and working with high-risk or underserved populations.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Tracy, CA, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and manage a stable caseload with appropriate boundaries and self-care.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.
