Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday–Friday | 5x8 Hours | 40 Hours/Week

Pay Rate
Local: $35 – $36/hr
Traveler: $38 – $40/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced LPN to provide nursing care and clinical support in an outpatient clinic, with a focus on urology and women’s health procedures.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of outpatient experience.
Urology or Women’s Health experience strongly preferred.
Active California LVN license at the time of submission.
Current BLS certification.
EPIC EMR experience.
English proficiency.
Flu vaccination required; no exemptions or declinations.
Experience with urodynamics, PTNS, cystoscopies, urethral dilation, pelvic exams, and catheter placement.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
Assist with urology and women’s health procedures.
Assist with urodynamics, PTNS, cystoscopies, urethral dilation, pelvic exams, and catheter placement.
Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
Monitor patients during and after procedures and report changes in condition.
Assist providers with clinical procedures and patient care.
Document patient care and procedures accurately in the EPIC EMR.
Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols.
Maintain clinical equipment, supplies, and treatment areas.
Provide patient education and instructions related to procedures and follow-up care.
Float as required to support clinic operations.
