Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Active California SLP license or eligibility to obtain
Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred

Ability to tailor therapy goals and strategies for diverse student needs
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for student advocacy

Key Responsibilities:

Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers and IEP teams
Deliver direct and indirect services to a diverse caseload
Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust strategies for optimal student growth
Conduct screenings, write evaluation reports, and attend IEP meetings as required
Offer support and resources to teachers and families to maximize student success in and out of the classroom
