Position Summary &amp; Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>
Evaluate patients and develop OT treatment plans
</li>
<li>
Provide ADL-focused therapy interventions
</li>
<li>
Supervise COTAs and coordinate care delivery
</li>
<li>
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
</li>
<li>
Complete timely, compliant documentation
</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>
Graduate of accredited OT program 
</li>
<li>
Active California OT license (required)
</li>
<li>
SNF or rehab experience preferred
</li>
<li>
Strong communication and clinical skills
</li>
</ul>
