SKILLS REQUIRED
Primary (Must-Have):
• 8+ to 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst within the Healthcare Payer Industry
• Strong, hands-on architectural and functional experience with Salesforce, specifically including Salesforce Agentic AI
• Proven mastery of Agile methodologies and ceremonies
• Advanced experience using Jira for managing backlogs, mapping dependencies, and translating requirements into crisp user stories
• Expert-level technical documentation skills, including BRDs, FRDs, and workflow mappings
Secondary (Good to Have):
• Understanding of healthcare payer core administrative systems, claims processing, or care management workflows
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills for working within tight-knit engineering teams
• Experience collaborating with AI/ML or CRM development squads to guide testing and validation phases
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an elite Senior Business Systems Analyst with a decade of healthcare experience to drive a critical integration initiative onsite in Woodland Hills, CA. This individual will embed into a high-impact team of 5+ technical professionals, serving as the core bridge between complex healthcare payer requirements and modern cloud capabilities. The focus of this mandate is to leverage Salesforce Agentic AI within an Agile framework, taking full ownership of product documentation, engineering-ready Jira user stories, and technical requirements definition to advance our healthcare CRM ecosystems.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze, elicit, and synthesize complex healthcare payer workflows to produce highly accurate business and technical requirements documentation.
• Lead the systems analysis and integration roadmap for Salesforce platforms, heavily focusing on the deployment and behavior of Salesforce Agentic AI capabilities.
• Author detailed, engineering-ready Jira user stories complete with explicit acceptance criteria, managing backlog grooming in lockstep with Agile delivery cycles.
• Partner closely with a 5+ member delivery team to provide technical clarity, map system dependencies, and ensure project milestones are executed with precision.
• Act as the primary domain champion for healthcare payer processes, ensuring Salesforce configurations map cleanly to regulatory, operational, and organizational standards.
• Proactively surface potential gaps or technical dependencies across the implementation lifecycle, driving immediate resolutions across testing and deployment phases.
