The Packager plays a critical role in preparing finished parts for shipment by following precise work instructions and customer packaging specifications. This position requires maintaining rigorous quality standards, especially in cleanroom environments, to ensure products meet all required criteria and traceability is accurately documented. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, strict adherence to protocols, and a consistent, reliable production pace to support efficient and error-free packaging processes.

1:00pm-9:30pm
You would train in the mornings and then when ready begin your shift 1pm-9:30pm
Responsibilities
- Pack finished parts according to work instructions and customer specs, including bagging, boxing, labeling, and kitting
- Perform visual inspections during packaging to identify defects before shipment
- Follow cleanroom protocols such as gowning and contamination control for designated jobs
- Accurately apply lot numbers, labels, and traceability documents
- Verify quantities against work orders and packing lists
- Maintain a clean, organized packaging area and manage supplies inventory
- Meet production targets without sacrificing accuracy
