Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Marco Polo Laundry Inc is looking for a reliable and energetic Delivery Driver to join our team in San Jose, CA! Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver laundry orders to residential and commercial customers throughout the San Jose area
- Load and unload laundry bags, bundles, and garments safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and confirm order completions
- Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and ETAs
- Inspect vehicle before and after shifts and report any maintenance needs
- Ensure all items are handled with care to prevent damage or loss
- Provide friendly, professional customer-facing service at every stop
Requirements:
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
- Prior delivery driver or courier experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with the San Jose area and surrounding neighborhoods is a plus
