Help make every visit to Sam’s Family Spa feel welcoming, from a resident stopping by the office to a family arriving for a weekend getaway.
We’re hiring a dependable, friendly Front Desk Agent to assist our mobile home residents, day spa visitors, motel and tiny-home guests, and RV travelers. You’ll answer questions, manage reservations, handle payments, and help keep daily front desk operations running smoothly.
If you enjoy working with people, stay organized when several requests come in at once, and take pride in getting the details right, we’d like to hear from you. We provide training on our property, procedures, and reservation system.
What you’ll do
- Welcome residents and guests, explain rates and property policies, and help them choose accommodations and services that fit their needs.
- Process reservations, check-ins, check-outs, changes, and cancellations accurately.
- Answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries with clear, helpful information.
- Process cash and card payments, maintain accurate records, and reconcile transactions according to established procedures.
- Address guest concerns calmly and professionally, involving management when needed.
- Coordinate guest requests with housekeeping and maintenance and leave clear notes for the next shift.
- Assist with retail sales, including following alcohol-sale and age-verification procedures.
- Protect confidential resident and guest information, keep the desk stocked and organized, and report safety or maintenance concerns.
What you’ll bring
- At least one year of customer service, retail, or hospitality experience.
- Ability to assist guests effectively in English and Spanish.
- A courteous, dependable approach and the ability to prioritize during busy periods.
- Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and confidence handling payments.
- Comfort using computers and learning reservation software.
- Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have food handlers' card.
Helpful experience
Hotel, resort, or RV park experience is welcome but not required. Familiarity with Clover, Newbook or another reservation system is a plus.
