Do you like keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Do you want work that matters?
My name is Lisa. I am a nurse, turned nurse practitioner, now nurse entrepreneur needing a team member who can help us continue to grow and keep the office running smoothly.
We are a premium, non-medical home care agency serving older adults and their families across Roseville, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Granite Bay, and Sacramento. We are known for consistent caregivers, white-glove service, and families who never have to wonder how their loved one is doing.
We are growing, and we need an experienced, independent person to help lead our office. We will teach you our clients, our caregivers, and our standards. We need you to bring the office know-how and good judgment.
This individual oversees daily staff scheduling, optimizes our operational and delivery systems and fosters key community partnerships and public relations. This role requires a proactive professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with agility. This role is critical to assist in ongoing review of policies and procedures to guide and support service delivery, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality client care and wellness services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of agency operations and is committed to the mission and core values of Geriatric Wellness & Caregiving of California.
Who you are
- Experienced. You have at least 2 years of office or administrative experience and can run a busy office without being told how.
- A problem-solver. When something goes wrong, you think it through and come to us with a solution, not just the problem.
- Reliable. When you say you'll do something, it gets done.
- Organized. You handle details and deadlines without letting items slip through the cracks.
- Calm under pressure. When a shift needs to be filled fast, you stay steady and solve it.
- Warm on the phone. You're patient and kind, especially with worried families.
- Discreet. You protect confidential client information.
Nice to have
- Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services
- Scheduling or staffing experience
Why work with us
- A team that lives by three values: reliability, dignity, and communication
- A growing company with real room to advance
- Training support, because we invest in our people
- Meaningful work helping older adults stay safe and happy at home
This position includes a 90-day introductory period with a formal performance review.
