Qualifications and Experience
- Experience as a paraprofessional in a school environment, particularly with preschool or special populations

- Reliability and punctuality
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in the daily routines and activities of the autism preschool SDC classroom
- Provide individualized and small-group attention to support academic and social-emotional development
- Contribute to the creation of a structured, nurturing learning environment
- Implement strategies outlined in personalized education and behavioral plans under staff guidance
- Support daily living and mobility needs as appropriate
- Document student progress and participate in team meetings as needed
