Role Description The Estimator/Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Anaheim, CA, responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through completion while providing accurate cost estimates. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing plans and specifications, preparing detailed bids, and developing project budgets and schedules. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, tracking costs and progress, and ensuring work meets quality, safety, and contractual requirements. The Estimator/Project Manager will communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, address project issues promptly, and maintain documentation such as change orders, proposals, and reports. This position requires hands-on involvement in jobsite visits, progress meetings, and ongoing project planning.
