Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Electronic Assemblers for an immediate opportunity in Ventura, CA. This role is ideal for detail-oriented electro-mechanical assembly professionals with strong soldering skills, hands-on manufacturing experience, and the ability to work from drawings and production instructions.
Electronic Assemblers will support the production of high-quality electronic and mechanical assemblies in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
- Perform soldering tasks and related assembly operations with accuracy and consistency.
- Use common hand tools and production equipment to complete detailed assembly work.
- Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications.
- Follow safety, quality, and production procedures in a clean manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $22 to $26 per hour.
